The ESA SME Office is part of ESA’s Directorate of Industry, Procurement and Legal Services. The Office implements and manages the SME Policy adopted by ESA Member States, and coordinates its activities with other institutional actors, such as the national space agencies. The objective is to facilitate the involvement of SMEs, including start-ups and newcomers, in the research and development activities of the Agency. The Office also address the problems that are traditionally faced by SME (e.g. sustainability, viability, access to in-flight heritage, proper and timely information, etc.). The SME Office is providing a wide range of trainings for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) willing to work with ESA:
