    Following the successful completion of her studies in 2002 (2 master’s degrees – one in European Labour Law and another one in European Business law – and the Bar exam) and an experience in the European Parliament, Nadine began her professional career in France in law firms as an Avocat. Then she joined the ESA Contracts Department in 2008 in the Technology and Support Contracts Division at ESTEC in the Netherlands, where She oversaw contracts in the Mechanical Engineering, Product Assurance and Safety Procurement Section, and in the service for Electrical Engineering Technology, in particular handling among other procurement actions for test facilities, technology and development of software contracts.

    In 2013, Nadine joined the ESTEC Contracts service for Navigation projects where she was entrusted with the Galileo Space Segment Framework (Batch 3 satellites development contracts; Galileo Satellites Insurance contract, 1st Satellite’s Insurance Contract placed in ESA with broker, Ariane 5 Delta qualification contract, Galileo Mission Segment and Ground Control System contract, and hosting sites contracts.

    In 2018, She took a new challenge and joined the Earth Observation Contracts Service where she is currently the Contracts Officer responsible of 3 of the Copernicus Expansion Missions (Chime, Rose-L and Cristal), the Sentinel-1 and Sentinel-1 Next Generation Contracts, the Metop Second Generation Contract, and the Earth Explorers Flex satellite development contract.

    Thanks to her experience and knowledge of institutional framework policies and ESA/EU programmes, she was appointed in 2024 the WP 4 Leader (Procurement and supply chain) for the ESA Green Agenda.
