    New Opportunities in Satellite Communications: ESA ARTES 4.0 Tenders Announced

    ESA announces three new Invitations to Tender under the ARTES 4.0 programme

    The ESA Advanced Research in Telecommunications Systems (ARTES) 4.0 Future Preparation (FP) strategy is designed to identify new market opportunities, define future technology needs, monitor regulatory trends, and develop new industry standards. This ensures the ARTES programme remains relevant and supports the growth of the satellite communications sector.

    The ESA Connectivity and Secure Communications team invites innovative project proposals that align with the Future Preparation goals. The new Invitations to Tender are:

    • Satellite Broadband at a Fiber Broadband Price Point. The closing date for this tender is 22 January 2025 at 13:00 CET, with the clarification request deadline on 15 January 2025 at 13:00 CET. Click on the button below to apply.
