Senior CNRS researcher and Professor at the Ecole Polytechnique in France, Alexandre Stegner has twenty years of experience in research related to physical oceanography, numerical modeling, oceanographic campaigns and processing satellite data through Machine Learning.
Alexandre Stegner co-Founded AMPHITRITE in 2021 with two colleagues to promote the concrete application of past research in OceanTech for the needs of Shipping, Defense and the Environment. AMPHITRITE technology fuses multiple satellite and in-situ data, harnessing Artificial Intelligence to provide reliable oceanic data and innovative routing solutions necessary for the Green Shipping transition.
