FIRST! Reusability Online Pitch Day
The FIRST! Reusability Online Pitch Day will take place on January 30, 2025, and will gather key actors to discuss advancing Space Transportation reusability in Europe.
As part of our objective to foster disruptive technologies in Space Transportation and accelerate their de-risking through rapid prototyping and testing, a new FIRST! campaign has been launched. This edition focuses on key technologies in the field of Reusability, including:
- Descent systems and technologies, including thermal management systems and protections,
- Landing and recovery systems and technologies,
- Reversible-reconnectable interface systems and technologies,
- Technologies for refurbishment and operations,
- Other Reusability Technology Disruptors for Space Transportation.
The event will include introduction from ESA, presentations from European Space Transportation Service Providers on their commercial interest in the selected technologies, followed by the short-listed Technology Providers who will present their company and their disruptive technologies. ESA Representatives, Member State Delegations, and SpaceTech Investors will also be in attendance.
The event will run from 9:30 CET to 17:00 CET (precise schedule yet to be confirmed). From 17:00 CET onwards, you will also have the opportunity to participate in online B2B sessions for direct exchanges and networking among attendees.
