RainbowVision offers a unique optical device optimised for real-time, accurate measurement of spray droplet temperature. The start-up offers a complete range of services, from selling devices to carrying out measurement campaigns. They target two areas of application:
– icing wind tunnels where the temperature of water droplets is a crucial parameter for understanding icing that can cause an aircraft crash,
– the area of combustion, where the fuel temperature controls evaporation and therefore engine efficiency.
