Emergency logistics involves the rapid international transportation of critical items such as spare parts for an aircraft or machine, production equipment, documents, medical material, and more. The platform allows logistics agencies to directly contact and assign the best on-board courier for their customer's emergency logistics order, calculate and organize the order, integrate additional service providers, and execute the order with intelligent IT support.
An outstanding feature of PRIOjet is its upcoming use of a combination of data sources for localization data to optimize the global track & trace system. This system uses data from courier, the shipment and aircraft movements, weather events, and historical mission data to enable dynamic courier deployment. An integral part of this system is the use of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) data for real-time courier location and comprehensive shipment tracking.
