In first proof-of-concept projects, they identified operating conditions with high wear for their customers in order to avoid these and prevent damage. Furthermore, they identified operating conditions with high energy consumption in order to be able to introduce measures to reduce energy consumption. During incubation, they want to develop their technology for applications on Earth further and take it from PoC level into a pilot series and put it into operation at customers. In addition, they want to achieve the proof-of-principle for space lubricants with their technology and carry out initial validation tests under space conditions to bring the technology into space applications in the near future.
