applications- EO, using Copernicus data for machine learning, Geo Engine is working on bridging the gap between remote sensing data and machine learning. The platform features novel workflow concepts that allow for native time series processing and automatic data harmonization, which alleviates much of the work that is necessary with other systems. Machine learning integrates naturally as a crucial component for geo applications. During incubationthey will develop their existing prototype for machine learning using Random Forests into a working product. They plan to design use cases and implement billing and cost estimation. Founders are a database research group of the University of Marburg, who started with Geo Engine GmbH in 2021 and our first applicant from from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen Gießen.
