DESCRIPTION
State-of-the-art semiconductor-based dosimeter solutions to measure and monitor the health conditions of electrical circuits during space missions. The vision of 27G-T is to further develop this solution to a dosimeter module that could be easy to integrate to any space or terrestrial applications due to the small size and ultra-low power consumption differing from the existing solutions which require special supply voltages and bigger room for placement of the dosimeters.
