EOCognitiveLab Mission – Information Day

The EOCognitiveLab Mission Information Day, taking place on 29 September 2026 at ESA-ESRIN in Frascati, Italy, will provide an overview of ESA’s EOCognitiveLab Mission, an open constellation experimentation mission designed to explore AI-enabled, cooperative Earth observation.
Building on ESA’s Φsat mission series and Computing in Space for Earth Observation (3CS4EO) activities, EOCognitiveLab is being developed as an open environment for testing and demonstrating new AI-enabled Earth observation capabilities in orbit. The event will present the mission’s objectives, technical approach and future opportunities for participation by the Earth observation community.
