Circuits Integrated has accumulated expertise in the Analog and RF communication path and a constantly growing proprietary IP library while delivering high-speed mixed signal designs and digital circuitry. The company is familiar with advanced technology nodes – down to 22nm (design services) and 3nm (layout services).
The company is finalising an innovative prototype design of a 2.5W/4W Power Amplifier and Single Pole – Double Throw component into a chip that will optimise 3D Phased Array Antenna Integrated Circuits and simplify their Printed Circuit Board designs. This solution is the first step for the Flat Panel Antennas of tomorrow, as the design will be the first Power Amplifier / Single Pole Double Throw chip proposition that provides 50% less footprint and 15% better heat dissipation for the same performance of existing solutions. During incubation the company has finalised its market research, updated its business plan, the IP research and is now in the process of filling their patent application and raising capital.
