Through <strong>ESA\u2019s Partnership Initiative for Commercialisation (EPIC)<\/strong>, this collaboration aims to empower start-ups, scale-ups, and entrepreneurs to harness the transformative potential of satellite imagery and geospatial intelligence for economic growth and societal benefit.<\/p>\n<p>GEOSAT has rapidly emerged as a leading provider of very-high-resolution Earth Observation (EO) data, operating a fleet of proprietary satellites to deliver actionable insights across a wide range of sectors, including environmental monitoring, agriculture, infrastructure management, and maritime surveillance. GEOSAT\u2019s mission is to enable timely, data-driven decisions that contribute to a more sustainable, secure, and resilient world.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Supporting Europe\u2019s New Space Economy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The collaboration between ESA and GEOSAT will focus on integrating advanced EO capabilities into the support services offered to EPIC beneficiaries, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Access to GEOSAT\u2019s satellite data<\/strong> to help entrepreneurs test, validate, and enhance their applications and services.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical mentorship and expertise<\/strong> to guide start-ups in developing innovative solutions powered by geospatial intelligence.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Joint outreach and networking activities<\/strong> to expand market opportunities and raise awareness of the societal value of EO technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u201cJoining forces with GEOSAT underscores EPIC\u2019s commitment to strengthening Europe\u2019s competitiveness in the global space economy,\u201d <\/em>said <strong>Cornelis Eldering<\/strong>, Head of the Entrepreneurship &amp; Business Incubation Office at ESA.<em> \u201cBy combining ESA\u2019s entrepreneurial community with GEOSAT\u2019s cutting-edge data services, we will help a new generation of companies unlock the power of Earth Observation to address global challenges, from climate resilience to food security.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Driving Sustainable Impact<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Through this collaboration, GEOSAT will contribute to ESA\u2019s ambition to make space technologies accessible to businesses beyond the traditional space sector, fostering innovative solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
